REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Eligibility

A return or exchange request will be accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Order received in damaged condition
  2. Wrong product delivered
  3. Missing item(s) in the order
Important: Customers must inform us within 72 hours of receiving the order along with valid image proof.

Important Conditions

  • 1. No refunds are processed for eligible returns; only exchanges are allowed.
  • 2. Exchange is applicable only for products of the same or higher value.
  • 3. Exchange products will be dispatched within 48–72 hours after the request is approved.
  • 4. A reverse pick-up will be arranged through our courier partner once the request is accepted.
  • 5. If a prepaid order is not delivered, a refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days via the original mode of payment.

Returns After 72 Hours

If a request is raised after 72 hours of delivery, the product must be self-shipped to our facility.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 3–5 working days after quality check at our warehouse.
  • Courier charges will not be borne by Bellevira.
  • Tracking details must be shared at support@bellevira.com.

Replacements in this case will be dispatched within 3–5 working days after receiving the product.

How to Return a Product

1. Reverse Pick-Up

Available only in selected pin codes serviced by our courier partners.

2. Self-Ship

If your pin code is not serviceable, you may self-ship. We reimburse ₹100 as a voucher for future purchases (subject to quality inspection).

Cancellation Policy

  1. Prepaid orders in transit: Refund initiated after courier confirmation (7–9 days). Processing takes 5-7 working days after confirmation.
  2. Sale/Promotional products are not eligible for cancellation.
  3. Bellevira reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavoidable circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • All items must be COD eligible.
  • Order value: ₹0 - ₹8,999.
  • Serviceable pin codes only.
  • Do not open before payment.
  • Reject if tampered/opened.
  • Cards not accepted for COD.

Promo Codes & Coupons

  • Promo codes may not be applicable on all products.
  • Coupons must be used within validity period.
  • Offers cannot be combined.
  • Cashback/promo codes cannot be clubbed together.
