Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic, herbal, and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
However, return or replacement requests may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The package was tampered with during delivery
- Items were missing from your order
Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Open Box Policy
Bellevira follows a strict Open Box Policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
Once a product has been opened, used, or the seal has been broken, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
We only accept return or replacement requests in cases where:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition
- The wrong product was delivered
- The package was tampered with during transit
Customers must provide photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery for verification.
Conditions for Return Approval
To process your return request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- Photos or videos of the issue must be shared
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used oils, shampoos, soaps, or wellness products
- Products purchased during special discounts or clearance sales
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if the return request is approved by Bellevira.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take approximately 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Bellevira may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be shipped after verification and approval of your request.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to a mistake from Bellevira’s side (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
