Currently, Bellevira ships across India. We aim to expand our services to international locations in the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Delivery Partners

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Damaged Packages During Delivery
We ensure secure packaging for all orders. However, if you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
If you have already accepted delivery and notice damage, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery availability depends on your pin code and courier service coverage.
